传统方案的烫光机热辊温度检测是在将热辊内部埋设的传感器连接到集电环，集电环另一侧的电刷将信号传导到温度控制器上，电刷在长时间的使用过程中，由于多种原因同集电环会出现接触不良等问题，造成传导的温度信号失真，进而引起热的温度控制不准确。
3.接触传导温度信号。免维护，测温更准确。
在合信的方案中，热辊的温度测量采用无线输电载波通讯（CTS5 TIT测温系统）方式，即热辊上的传感器信号是通过无线传输的方式传送到上位控制系统，完全省却通过滑环传递温度信号的环节，避免了集电环和电刷接触造成的温度测量不准，也节省了定期更换集电环和电刷的维护成本。同时在测温环节采用16Bit精度的模拟量模块EM231-7HC32,温度测量精度为0.1度。EM231-7HC测量模块采用先进的硬件滤波，稳定性高于标准PLC温度测量模块。
CTS5 TIT无线测温系统使用热电阻温度传感器，测量的真实温度。而传统热辊采用热电偶的温度检测方式，其测量的温度是相对于冷端（一般是温控器内部）的温度，即测量的是相对温度，这个值相对于真实温度会有一定偏差。
4.基于互联网的远程程序监控和编程调试
在合信方案中，采用合信CP6452产品，通过CP6452,用户可以在远端通过互联网实现对PLC的监控和编程调试。

国内的研究所和高校在SiC材料生长和器件制造工艺方面也取得了可喜的成果。目前SiC因片的体生长和外延生长技术已经可以得到应用于商业生产的SiC圆片，市场上可以获得3英寸的SiC圆片，4英寸的圆片生产技术也不断研制成熟。中科院物理研究所从2000年以来投入大量人力和物力进行了SiC晶体关键生长技术的研发，凭借其多年在晶体生长的经验和实力雄厚的科研力量，目前物理所已跻身于全球几个有能力生长2英寸SiC半导体晶体的单位之一，同时已设计并制造出具有自主知识产权的SiC晶体生长炉，为规模化生产奠定了基础，并具有明显的价格优势。目前本研究组响应把科学技术转化为生产力的号召，集多方资源建立了从事SiC单晶材料生长炉规模化生产业务的公司。wind direction, ambient temperature, etc.
