房子的外部和内部照明通过LOGO!来控制。在户主不在或者天黑的情况下，如果有人靠近应当能检测到，而且外部和内部照明灯能通过运动检测器和警报系统的警报开关来打开。LOGO！解决方案
外部照明灯分为三个区域（Q1,Q2,Q3）.每个区域有各自的运动检测器（I2,I3,I4）。如果其中一个运动检测器在特定时间内被触发，相应的外部照明灯将亮90 秒。时间长度由一个集成于LOGO!的定时开关来设定（晚上5：00 至早上7 点）。I1 感光开光保证只有天黑的时候灯才亮。第四个运动检测器连接至I5，它独立于定时和感光开关，并使外部照明灯亮90 秒。外部照明灯同样可以通过警报系统的警报开关I6 来打开并亮90 秒。
另外，关掉外部灯后，内部的灯将亮90 秒。通过I5 运动检测器和警报开关，内部照明灯迅速打开，时间为90 秒。使用的组件

设定的时间可以方便的进行更改；比如定时开关的其他时间范围或者灯亮的时间长度。
和传统方案相比所需要的部件较少。工艺要求
温度控制
烫光机的热辊测温采用接触式热电偶测温模块，热辊转动时容易对该模块造成磨损，需要较为频繁的更换和维护，给售后维护造成了很大的不便。
2.方案描述
1.采用PLC内置温度控制功能控制热辊温度
热辊的加热是由主加热和副加热组成，二者的控制是独立的，但热辊是一体的，由于温度传导的作用，主加热和副加热互相影响，因此对温度控制器的性能要求很高，传统的热辊温度控制方案都是采用比较的温控表控制，价格较高。合信技术根据热辊的温度控制特点要求，设计了的模糊温度控制算法，采用这种算法合信的PLC即可胜任，其控制效果到达了热辊的要求，精度为?1?C，超调量≤3%。由于省却了温度控制仪表，显著降低了系统 成本，改善整体电气系统结构，减少故障率。
2.热辊温度测量采用无线测温方式to the upper computer operator station in the main control room through optical fiber Ethernet to realize the remote monitoring of the whole wind farm. The upper computer monitoring software has the following functions:

⑤ The system can realize centralized control of wind turbines. In the centralized control room, the operator on duty can change the setting state and control the lower computer only by operating the corresponding key indicating a certain function.
⑥ System management. The monitoring software has the functions of regular printing and manual real-time printing of operation data and automatic fault recording, so as to view the historical record of wind farm operation status at any time.
